An error has occured while paying the bill

When trying to pay my bill with a credit card, I receive a message

 

An error has occurred.

Please refresh the page or try again later.

 

I tried 3 times.

Why is that?

@YanaDee Typically that means a mismatch between the address we have on file for you and the address you have associated with your credit card. In your case the postal code seems different. Unsure which one is correct, but pls make the first payment via your bank until the issue of mismatch is resolved. 

How can I correct my address?

I have tried to pay my bill no less than 6 times on multiple different days and this keeps happening to me. I check the address and it is the same address that I bill my card to.

Credit card auto payment did not went through. I thought the card is already set in the account but I got a late payment charge because of it.

Also, when I try today to set up the auto payment, it keeps on saying error occured.

I need help. And I koodo needs to refund that late payment charge because.
