Koodo has already charged me the incorrect costs in 2 time last month and refunded to me in this month. But l also see the cost be charged again in this month.

We can see that there was about a third party app purchase/ subscription, that is already canceled, as per your interaction with our customer care in July.
The charges on the last bill were already triggered when you had the interaction with our customer care.
