I just received a bill with a charge for overages in airtime minutes. It seems like some toll free calls to CRA where I was on hold for long periods has put me over my limit, resulting in charges on subsequent calls made during the billing cycle. Are toll free calls supposed to be included?

Toll free calls are free of long distance tolls, but will still use your minutes like any other call.
