Hi there,

I recently left Koodo and have credit on my last bill (showing negative number). Is there any way I can that paid to a credit card or bank account?

Final credit balances will be refunded automatically when the second-closing invoice has been generated (second invoice generated after the cancellation) 10 days within the date of billing.

If you do not have preauthorized payments set up on your account, a check will be sent to the current address on your account. 


The process can take 30-60 days. 

If the credit is under $5 you will need to contact Koodo to get that amount back. 


Same here but I can't get in contact with Koodo because the phone line tells me to go online and setup a callback my call control stops the call and it goes to voicemail. Its been 60 days no cheque and it looks like my account is still active???

@Nick Eisnor Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Also, have you checked your latest bill in self-serve? How did you cancel your Koodo service?


Monthly customer, auto pay not active on account, I ported over to Telus and yes I can still see my bill online it's in the -$$


You should have a final bill after 60 days. You retain access to self-serve for 90 days.  What does it say for amount owing or owed? 


I finally go ahold of someone and they told me what you posted so now it's all dealt with. Thanks 😊
