Account cancelled and higher fee

Hi, I cancelled my account last month and I see an additional charge for international call. But, I also see an auto pay cancellation fee, can someone help me with this?

If possible, can you post your bill without personal information?

I believe the autopay discount applies only to a full billing cycle. If you cancelled your account in the middle of the cycle, the discount might not have been applied for the entire month.”
