Account #: **37 Dispute final bill

I would like to dispute my final invoice.

The returned payment that Koodo has charged occurred after my Koodo account had already been closed. Furthermore the cancellation of the auto debit happend after the account has been closed. The $10 charge should not be applicable and charged against my final bill.

I had paid my final balance in full. Therefore, my final bill should have been $0.00.

I respectfully request that you review my account and remove this charge, as it was applied after the account was closed and my outstanding balance had already been settled.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

The auto pay by bank credit only applied to full billing cycles.

If you cancel your account then credit will be reversed

Autodebit was cancelled after the account is closed.  Are you Telus/Kodoo team member hat have access and to resolve my dispute or just community member?\

It is Koodo’s policy that partial credits are no longer provided.

Since you cancelled your account before the last day of your billing cycle, the auto-pay discount no longer applies, which is why you are seeing the $10 charge. This has already been confirmed by a Koodo rep. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/things-know-about-cancelling-koodo

If you want to dispute the charge, you will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep. It is worth a try, but there are no guarantees. https://Koo.do/Chat

Everyone who has responded thus far are community members.

However you are not the first to bring up this issue.  For people who cancel, koodo strictly adheres to the fact that if it is not a full billing period, the credit is taken back.

If you do want to dispute it follow the advice of Milkyway above.  But be very prepared for it to not change
