accidental roaming charge

Hello,

On April 25, easy roam was activated when I didn’t leave the country. Please remove the charge. Thank you. :)

    Hi ​@Kaybear, we’re not seeing any roaming charges on your latest bill. As a roaming charge on the date you mentioned would generally be charged on an upcoming bill instead, please let us know here once the bill showing the charges has been issued and we will gladly look into it for you then.
