There is another question about getting phone records from May to November which would have been helpful, but I need to access my phone records from 2017. Anyone have any ideas? Short of me going straight to the government? 

You can only access bills from 18 months back via self serve. For anything past that you need to schedule a callback with a rep at koodo.com/chat and they can mail you old bills for a fee of $15/bill
