Accessing bills after account is closed

I am trying to do taxes but am missing cell phone bills from my now close Koodo account. is there anyway to get copies of last year’s bills without a self serve account?

You have 90 days to access your Self-Serve account after you cancel your line. Anything longer than that and you will not be able to log in.

If you are already locked out, you will need to contact a Koodo rep by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist to retrieve a bill or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. Each invoice requested from the rep is $5. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills
