i want to access and view all of my past bills and payments. i can only find up to 18months ago via the pdf past bills feature. any help is appreciated

Hi there,
as outlined here, per the limitations of self serve you can only see up to 18 months of previous bills. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills
you would need to schedule a call back to request any bills prior to this, just a heads up though it’s $15 per invoice. I hope this helps 🙂👍
