About the overdue balance

Hi, i bought the plan of $35  per month, but since the phne card was dilevered to me, I didn’t use it or activated it, but yesterday Koodo told me that my bill is overdue, I need to pay $122.5, but why??? I did’nt use it or acctivate it at all… And i couldn’t talk to any Koodo assists

The SIM card is activated once it leaves the warehouse so you will get charged regardless of whether you use the SIM card or not once it arrives to you.
