about change plan or cancellation

I’m planning to switch to a prepaid plan. If I do that, will I only be charged for the portion of the current plan that I’ve used, or will I have to pay for the entire month? Also, could you advise me on the best time to make the switch?

Currently, do you have a phone on Tab with Koodo. If you have, you would have to pay back the Tab and Tab Bonus amount.

For postpaid cancellation, you only have to pay for the days you use the cell services. Make sure you check the “final bill” - the bill generated after cancellation for any issues.

You can switch at any time, there isn't a “perfect” day to switch in my opinion. However, you can choose switching on the day that is convenient to start payment with prepaid service.

If you cancel part way through your plan, your data and minutes will be prorated too.

So if you used more minutes  and/or data than your prorated amount, then you may be charged for the full month as overage would cost more than your plan
