Question

internet slow

I recently switched to kodoo internet and am having nothing but problems.  I have to reboot the modem daily sometimes hourly as I cannot connect.  I have my desktop computer hard wired to the modem hoping that would solve the problem but it is still not connecting.  My last speed test showed .33mbps download and upload of .49, I am currently paying for 500 down, 30 up.  My modem has been moved numerous times to try and find a better connection with no results.
I have called kodoo and arranged a callback four times now with no one ever calling me back.  The number is not blocked as I have made sure that they can call and whenever I go onto the chat to schedule a callback they keep telling me I am already scheduled.  My last callback was scheduled 2 hours ago and yet I received a message telling me it would be 15 mins and I would get my call.
any suggestions other than cancelling and going elsewhere as that is my next step

Same here with me. My experience with Koodo has been nothing but hell. No home internet now for one week! And they just don’t care! Koodo shouldn’t be in business. They could not expedite my issue with their partner Rogers considering that I work form home and home internet is a must have. About the slow internet and frequent disconnections, that has been my experience with Koodo for almost a year now. I regret ever switching to the this network!

Koodo internet is actually relying on their partner. They didn’t have a mobile tech team to go out and fix for you.

Regarding the issue, have you tried to reset the modem to its default network settings? As well, what was the status light on the modem? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-router?

I’m having the same experience in Ottawa. I’m paying for 100 MBPS and only getting between 11 and 4 MBPS. Pathetic. I can’t get in touch with anyone either.

Have you tried any of the suggestions Dinh gave above?

What happens when you try to schedule a callback?
