I purchased a physical SIM card online last night, it has shipped but I have not yet received the SIM card. When making the purchase I selected that I would like to keep my current phone number, however, I have since changed my mind. Am I still able to use the SIM card and create a new phone number when it arrives?

Hi
For the BYOD plan that you ordered, you will get a sim card associated with the phone number that you can see on the service agreement (you can download the service agreement in selfserve).
Once you receive the sim card, you can change your phone number in self serve or you can bring your own phone number over from a different provider, in case you are porting in.
