Service activation


My internet service was supposed to be activated today. However, no internet service available yet. Why?

I assume you already received an activation email from Koodo.
Do you have a coaxial port in your home? As well, is there any  email saying you need someone to install at your home

We have looked into it and unfortunately, your Koodo internet subscription has been cancelled and refunded as it’s not serviceable at your address at the requested speed. Based on the notes in the account, you should have received an email about the return process.
