Can't transfer number from ctExcel to Koodo

It just doesn’t work, ctExcel is missing for the list of telecom companies to port from, and when I chose telus (the network that ctExcel uses), I wait for 2.5 hours and nothing happens.

I try the customer support call back, the calls get instantly missed, ALL 3 OF THEM, instantly goes to missed calls WITHOUT ANY SOUND OR NOTIFICATION.

Why is it so hard to talk to a real person here? Please help.

How would I “initiate the port transfer to koodo” exactly? Koodo porting tool says I don’t need account number if I have IMEI Number, which I do.

That is correct, but it is not working for you, so the account number would be another way to port over your number to Koodo.

Have you tried following up with CTExcel and get the account number to initiate the port transfer to Koodo?
