I upgraded the BF Promo plan 50GB for $45 and received my new Tab+ phone on Thursday. I have set up the phone this afternoon with the new SIM card and transferred all data and apps from the old cell to the new one. However, I am unable to make or receive calls. A message always comes out stating “Not registered on network”.

+4Take a SIM from your old device and put it into your new phone. It should work.
