I have a prepaid Koodo line and I am currently travelling the US. I’m not able to place calls, and I think this is because I can’t enable VoLTE. According to the VoLTE on prepaid article, it says that existing customers will have VoLTE enabled during “certain transactions”.
What kind of transaction do I need to do in order to force getting the VoLTE profile so that I can enable it in iOS settings? Would a SIM swap work? Can Customer Service force the profile on my line?
