I’m currently paying my Koodo bills in advance and have set up auto-pay for convenience. I’ve been receiving the auto-pay discount, but I’m wondering if this discount still applies when I pay my bills ahead of time.
Has anyone here experienced this? Do you still get the auto-pay discount when paying bills in advance, or does it no longer apply?
I’d really appreciate your help!

Just to confirm, you would like to know whether you will get the autopay discount in case you pay your bill manually, before coming out of your pre-authorized payment method set up on your account?
If that’s the case, you should get the autpay discount, as long as the pre-authorized payment method remains active on your account.
