So this is also known as an "autopay discount". If you have a plan with koodo that is an autopay eligible plan, and you have preauthorised payment from your bank setup then koodo will give you a $5 credit on your bill. It's when koodo automatically take the money out of your bank account every month rather than you paying it manually.
As long as you have this set up and continue to have an autopay plan, it saves you money. More information on this can be found in the link. 🙂👍
