Koodo Internet Billing

When I signed up for Internet, it stated that the equipment and set-up fees are charged to your credit card, but that going forward for monthly charges, you would have to request automatic payments to your card if that’s what you choose.  I don’t want my card charged.  I want a bill and to be able to pay it on my own.  You can’t state one thing then do another, that’s not good customer service.  How do I change this?

Koodo internet is a prepaid service. It means you have to pay upfront to use it. There isn’t bill like postpaid service unfortunately. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-internet-billing-faqs
