Does any one know if your plan is just an Unlimited Canada Wide talk and text and you call or text an international number, will there be charges for that if I am currently in Canada? If there is do you know if there is a plan for that? I can’t seem to find anything in the Plans listing.

Hi there,
so all plans come with Canada wide for free. You can receive texts messages from any number for free as well even if it is an international number while you’re in country. However, if you do not have an additional add-on or perk, calling or texting a number outside of Canada will incur pay per use rate charges for the country you’re texting/calling.
There are options though for international calling and texting under your choice of perks if you have a pick your perk plan. With the unlimited international SMS perk, you can text anywhere in the world for free while you’re in Canada. With the unlimited long distance perk pack, you can call the USA and 27 other countries for free while you’re in Canada. Alternatively if you wish to call a country that is not apart of the 27 countries, you can also have the “Long Distance Saver” Add-on for better pay-per-use rates. I’ll include some links outlining each. I hope this clears things up 🙂
