How to change address after cancel the koodo service for negative bill

I canceled the koodo service and received negative value bill while the address was no longer valid for me. Just wondering if I can change to address to get the cheque for refund. Thank you!

No.  It would be too late at this point.

You will need to set up a forwarding address at your old place through the new occupants or via canada post.
