Hello was wondering if anyone knew if promo credits take a bill or 2 to be applied?.
Upgrade phone with promo upgrade375 supposed to get 25 dollars off for 15 months. Just got first bill and noticed no credit wanted confirm if missing or will take awhile apply.

Normally the credits would appear after the second or third bill. Since you only got your first one, I would suggest you to wait until next month. If it still does not show up, you can then reply to this post and we can flag a Koodo rep to look into it.
