When I open “Billing” on the left it shows: Amount due -$33.90 and that it is due by Jan 23, 2023. But the “Pay Now” button is greyed out and I can’t click it.
On the right it says the “total due” is $42.38 Even on the PDF it shows “Total if received by Jan 23, 2023” $42.38.

+4It looks as if you don’t owe Koodo anything, but somehow you overpaid. At least if you are correct that it shows a minus sign in front of the $33.90.
Your PDF invoice doesn’t show what you currently owe Koodo, so you must have paid between your invoice and now.
Edit:
- amount due is what you currently owe Koodo (which is nothing, they actually owe you)
- total due reflects your actual invoice as shown on your PDF document
