Hi there @Loris You shouldn’t be experiencing that issue anymore. Every customer who previously had it has confirmed they are no longer seeing the error.
We’ve checked your account and noticed that you have an old plan, which will need to be changed if you upgrade.
Please try selecting a new plan and let us know if you’re still getting the same error code.
