There are so many nuisance calls.
I can receive 2-3 calls from Ontario and BC everyday. When I answered the calls, there are no any voice,then hang up the phone. What should I do?

Spam calls are notoriously hard to block. Most of the time those numbers weren't real so you couldn't block it all. I normally just ignored them and let them go into voicemail.
I would suggest you enable call control feature if you are a postpaid customer. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/call-control
