Why can’t I change my plan in self serve.


Every time I try to change my plan in self serve I get the upside down ice cream cone error. It seems to happen when it ask me to choose my perk. I don’t want to change my perk, just my plan.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you change your plan first, without choosing any perk? after that, try to add the perk again to your new plan. If you still have difficulty, you could come back here and ask a rep to assist.

I still can’t change my plan.  When I do click on the plan I would like, it says “It looks like you can’t choose a perk right now” .Even though I didn’t pick any perk, just a plan.

Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies on your browser?

The plan I would like is the $39 auto pay with 80 gb data and  unlimited messaging

@jjsmithy15 - When you see the ice cream cone, there should also be an error code below it beginning with “Transaction ID’. Are you able to share that here, so we can help investigate the root cause of this error (FYI - it’s an encrypted code for internal use - no account info is attached to it).
