Trying to Upgrade my Phone Plan

Hello, 

Im trying to upgrade my phone plan and take advantage of the promotion going on right now. Currently paying $60 a month for 10GB and there is a promo for $60 a month with 20GB. 

When I press “switch phone plan” and go through all the steps, It won’t let me and comes up as unavailable with a picture of an ice cream. 

I bought a iPhone 13 Pro around June 5th if that matters - and I have a remaining tab of $315.

@jjford Can you pls log out wait about 15 min and log back in to see if it works now. I saw something on your account that may have prevented the plan change.  Can’t guarantee but would like to try this first. If not we will help out with any changes.

I tried again this morning and it worked!
