Can't make or receive phone call

I started using Koodo on my Redmi Note 12 Phone since September 2024. It was working fine for a few months. But now for a couple of months I haven’t been able to make or receive any phone calls. I tried all the things. I swapped my friend’s Bell SIM card and it works on mine with phone calls and everything but the KOODO doesn’t. I went to the KOODO store in UBC, the guy tried with a new SIM card but said it still doesn’t work.
