Hi. I couldn't set up the number of rings before voicemail on my Samsung s22 ultra. I have those answers in koodo community *61*6475904011*11*8# . Does this support Samsung phones? S22 ultra? Please advise.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi @coolzero93,

Samsung phones generally do not support this kind of variable call forwarding. However, you can try the methods below as some handsets may accept one.

Please note the correct voicemail access number for phone numbers with the following area codes: 416, 428, 437, 647, 249, 289, 365, 506, 705, 807, 905, 742 is 6475804001.

The number of seconds selected must also be in increments of 5, with 5 seconds being the lowest possible amount up to 30 seconds, the highest.

As an example *61*6475804001**10# then send to set up the rings for 10 seconds. You can also try this variation *61*6475804001*11*10# or **61*6475804001**10# for a non-Koodo phone.

Another option you can try is *004*6475804001**10#.
