koodo Internet , wont go online

Installing Koodo internet. Won’t go online.

power goes solid green

DS goes solid green

US goes solid green

Online flashes a while then goes out and both DS and US flash in synch

??

I currently have Rogers Internet and disconnected that modem to connect Koodo. What do I need to do ?

When did you choose the activation date for your Koodo internet subscription?

Jan 8th was activation date. However just tried to set up yesterday.
