No Network outside Canada

I have traveled from Canada to India. After reaching India, my network is not detecting. I just want to receive text messages for OTP purposes. Before my travel, I confirmed with customer care that no special plans are needed for this purpose; it should just work. However, it is not. I have tried 1) switching off/on and 2) manually selecting the network, but neither of these methods work. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks.

Hi there @sai2023   We have looked into your account and noticed that you were missing the International Voice & Data roaming Soc codes. That is why your device couldn’t connect outside of the country. We have added it for you, your device can now roam. 

We would also suggest adding Easy Roam through your Self Serve, just to be on the safe side, as Pey per use roaming is costly.
