Which model wireless home phone do you have?

Have you checked the RJ11 cable that plugs into the rear telephone port is seated correctly?

Is the battery indicator showing a charge?

Koodo offers the WF723CA and an older Alcatel LinkHub wireless home phone model. The model number should be underneath the device or in the battery compartment.

On the WF723CA, the cable end should produce an audible ‘click’ when inserted into the telephone port on the rear of the device. Check all cable connections.

On the same device, the battery indicator should show a solid green when the device is in use, and red if the battery level is low and charging. If the battery is removed, the battery indicator turns off.

With power off and the device unplugged, remove the battery and SIM card and leave them out for a minute or two. Reinstall the SIM card, battery and power the device back on. Check to see if this has resolved the problem.
