Unable to send SMS while using easy Roam.

Hi Folks,

I’ve got a Pixel 4a and my wife is using a OnePlus 7T. I’ve enabled EasyRoam with KooDoo for both our numbers.

 

On the devices, I have enabled Roaming for the KooDoo SIMs.

But, I am unable to send out any texts on SMS on the Google Pixel 4a.

I’m can send out test texts from the OnePlus to the Pixel, and the Pixel recives the test. But I texts do not go out from the Pixel to the OnePlus.

What have I configured this incorrectly?

Hi there, @RunMario , We have looked into your account and everything seems in order, Just to be safe, we refreshed the switch. Please restart your device and everything should be working.

Does everything else still work on the phone like calling and data and only outgoing texts aren’t?

@Allan M, Thank you for replying. I’ve made a call and it works, I’ve not used data. But, out-going texts are  still not working. I got another email from Koodo this moring, informing me that I have EasyRoam enabled.
