Wireless home phone stopped working

We have the wireless home phone. As I understand, it’s connected through LTE, not my home wireless. Suddenly, our phone has stopped working. Can’t dial out, can’t call in. The ZTE modem is showing red on the wireless icon. I’ve unplugged etc but nothing.

Is the network icon red or blinking red?

When you log into self serve do you see that your account is in good standing?

Do you have a Telus/Koodo cell phone?  Is that working?

Solid red.

My account is in good standing. We have three Koodo mobile phones that are all working.

Try the wireless home phone in your cell (make sure your phone’s data is off and do not text with it).

You can also try your sim in the wireless home phone.

Does the issue follow the sim or the hardware?

Thank you for your replies. I have solved the issue. We recently got a wifi extender that was in the same room as the phone modem. I moved the modem to a different room and it now gets a signal. I guess the wifi extender was messing with the signal?
