wifi calling not working

Wifi calling stopped working 

Volte was previously activated (may need to be done again?) and restarting the phone does not fix the problem.

Have you tried to reactivate wifi calling again? Was there any specific error message?

So the wifi calling toggle was On? Can you turn it off and switch back on again?

when you said it didn't work, how was Koodo signal at that time? How many bars of cellular signal do you have?

My daughter had the same problem  on a different phone/line and something had to be done from koodos end.

Well, there are still many possible reasons though. If you insisted it was Koodo issue, you might have to go to the bot and schedule a callback with tech.

In an area of limited service which is why scheduling a call back isn't ideal. I've done all the steps to check everything from my end. My daughter also posted a topic on this forum with the same problem and a rep reached out privately and fixed the issue from koodos end.

So the rep helped your daughter and it happened again? I am little confused.

No the rep solved the problem for the lines connected to my daughters account . My account is separate

You could actually go to the daughter topic and mention the rep there, they might know exactly what to do, and don't have to go through al troubleshooting steps

Another use flagged a rep who then sent her a pm . She did not have to do anything from her end to get it working again , she even asked them to look into doing the same thing for my number but they said they could not access my account details as it was linked to a different account. So here I am starting my own thread
