wifi calling

Hi, I am out of cellular range and was able to activate wifi calling on my IPhone but not on my Moto G7 ( I have 2 Numbers on this account) Keeps asking me for an emergency address but when they send me a code, my sms doesn’t work so not receiving it and can’t update. Please help!! I verified and Volte is activated on my account.

You would need to reach a place where you can have Koodo cellular signal to receive the sms and reactivate wifi calling

We have checked and VoLTE is indeed provisioned to both lines on your account.

Have you tried resetting the network settings on the Moto G7?

I believe the issue could be issue with the Android phone in general. Android device for some reason requires user to reactivate Koodo Wifi Calling if the device was out of range of cellular signal for a few days. Apple iphone didn’t have that issue.

I’ve done the reset but still getting the message for emergency address update. When I click to update, they send text to my phone but not receiving it as wifi calling not activated yet :(
