Hello,

 

I’m all of a sudden having issues with my phone connecting to my condo intercom system so I can allow visitors into the building. When I select my name on the intercom system, I get the message “Line not connected please check line or try again”. I have put a service request in to fix it, but I was also told it could be something on Koodo end? It did connect to the phone successfully near the end of last month (June 27)  

Can receive normal calls to your phone successfully? 


Yes I can receive calls and texts normally. I don’t understand why the intercom will not connect to my phone. I just noticed this issue yesterday when someone had to call my phone directly because they couldn’t get the intercom to connect to me


Sounds like an intercom issue since the intercom is just calling your phone and your phone is confirmed to work with calls. 


It is working now, the condo board had it fixed
