Hello,
I’m all of a sudden having issues with my phone connecting to my condo intercom system so I can allow visitors into the building. When I select my name on the intercom system, I get the message “Line not connected please check line or try again”. I have put a service request in to fix it, but I was also told it could be something on Koodo end? It did connect to the phone successfully near the end of last month (June 27)
