why my name in iphone imessage chat say “maybe: name”?
i also have a voicemail for my old number that i cant access and i cant get rid of the notification.
the koodo onboarding is a solid 4/10 so far,

Have you tried resetting the network settings on your phone and see if this fixes the issues? Please note that resetting the network settings on your phone also resets the saved bluetooth and wifi connections.
What does it say when you try to access the voicemail?
If the iPhone chat says “maybe: name” it’s because something like a name was mentioned in the chat, and your phone is trying to let you know who it thinks it is as a way to help out.
These are all iphone setup issue and not related to Koodo.
To get rid of the voicemail notification, just get a new voicemail to be left. Then liosten and delete the voicemail. This should reset your voicemail notification
