I can recieve calls and texts
When I try to call....it's says "ringing" but the line is silent and nothing happens
When I text...I get a failed message/cannot send.
This has been happening all night.

Please note that resetting network settings will remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections, so you'll need to reconnect to them afterward.
