I can recieve calls and texts

When I try to call....it's says "ringing" but the line is silent and nothing happens

When I text...I get a failed message/cannot send.

This has been happening all night.

 

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Restart your Phone: Power off your phone completely and then turn it back on. This can help refresh the network connection and resolve any temporary glitches.

  2. Verify Account Status: Make sure that your Koodo account has been paid. You can log in to your self-serve account or contact Koodo customer support to verify the status of your account.

  3. Reset Network Settings: On your phone, you can try resetting the network settings to their default configuration. This can help resolve any network-related issues. Please note that resetting network settings will remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections, so you'll need to reconnect to them afterward.
