For few days my data is very slow. Websites will not even load. Its only if I disaable my VPN that data works.  I was told by customer service that Koodo does not support VPNs but it always worked in past. 

 

Anyone else have this issue? What can be done? 

VPN acts as a tunnel for your internet. Your internet will go from Koodo to another VPN server. So if the VPN server was slow (or the path to that server had issue), your internet would be slow even if your Koodo connection was perfect. 

I suggest you turn off VPN and see if the speed improves . If you turned on VPN and data was slow, it is your issue with the VPN server (not Koodo).
