Hello. I have a Oneplus 10 Pro phone and VoLTE and Vo-WIFI doesn’t work. I don’t need Vo-WIFI to work but with the upcoming 3G shutdown I want VoLTE to work for better peace of mind.
I currently have “Koodo VoLTE Access” listed in the add-ons section in my account. VoLTE is turned on, on the phone. This isn’t enough to activate VoLTE.
Since the OnePlus 10 Pro is not a supported device, you may have to root your phone in order to get VoLTE to work. A similar post on the One Plus 6 mentions a workaround through XDA Developers.
It’s also worth mentioning that there is no definitive date on Canadian networks shutting down 3G. Unconfirmed reports suggest a shutdown of 3G by December 2025.

I’d rather not root my phone but I’d be willing if it means making phone calls. I might have to stop worrying about it for now if there is nothing else I can do.
