Does anyone know how to set up up voicemail on your phone so when you press and hold the #1 it automatically goes to your voicemail. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22. It used to do it for me, but I switched phone company's for a time. I'm now back with Koodo and can't figure out how to set it up.

To enable hold-1 shortcut: Go to Phone app > 3-dot menu > Settings > Voicemail > check “Voicemail service” is set to your carrier (Koodo). If not, toggle it.
You can check and confirm your voicemail access number here
Then Go to Phone app > 3-dot menu > Settings > Voicemail > Voicemail Number and you can update your number here.
