In my plan I have visual voicemail. I set up my voicemail. I used to get notifications on my dropdown menu with old voicemail. I would click on my notification and my voicemail would show up. Now with visual voicemail I get it in my text messages and I can listen but I can't delete or anything but listen to my email. If I want do anything I would have to dial my # and go to voicemail. Is there anyway I can get into it(menu) from my text

Premium Voicemail will Increase the voicemail storage to hold up to 25 messages, and give you access to Instant Voicemail to send voicemails to your device via MMS.
If you’d like to add Visual Voicemail instead, you can do so in your online account for $8 per month, more information on it here.
Sorry I did mean the instant voicemail but I don't get notified in dropdown menu like I used to.cant delete unless I dial my voicemail #is there away I have a choice of what to use
