Hello,

 

Locked out of my self serve pre paid account, reset password twice as well gave it couple hours as well - what do I do now?

Try these in order; they’ve worked for a lot of people:

  • Clear your cache and cookies, then hit forgot password again and wait a full hour before trying again.
  • - Use incognito mode, switch browsers or devices, or turn off ad blockers completely.
  • - Check the official login tips page for more ideas: www.koodomobile.com/en/help/problems-logging.
