Operator of Koodo Telus made a huge mistake and disconnected my previous number to connect my wife s number on this SIM, and my wife still have temporary SIM number. My sim has her number. And my number is not active. I need you to fix it right now! I can't use my number!!!

If you don’t have an unused sim card you will need to pick one up.

If your sim has her number, you can give her your sim card to use, then you will need to perform a sim swap on your number with a new sim card to get your number back up and running again on a new sim.

Is this my fault? Is there some specialists who can call me and fix the problem because it's Telus fault. 

Wait a sec. So I have 3 SIM.

One Telus sim is not active because they swapped my wife's number from it to my sim (instead of her temporary SIM which we got in a letter).
