Hello, I have done all the troubleshooting(reset network settings, device up to date etc) but still unable to send texts or receive them. I also cannot send or receive iMessage to my number. The number does not validate in the messages section after the port, I have called customer care and they claim no issue. I’m sure there is an issue somewhere as this was working perfectly fine on Fido. We will be trying a new SIM to hope it helps. Can you suggest or help set up a call back? Koodo Assist will not connect to a chat I’ve been trying for days.
