Unable to receive calls after port in my phone number to Koodo

I can make calls and Texts but cannot receive incoming calls after transferred my phone number from Freedom mobile to Koodo. Can you fix this?

Have you responded to the text from Freedom mobile regarding the transfer? And did you receive a SMS from Koodo saying the number transfer is complete?

Did you restart your phone after the port transfer?

Yes, I already replied “Yes” to the Freedom Mobile text message, but I haven’t received any SMS from Koodo. My Koodo prepaid account status still shows as “Active.

Yes, I already replied “Yes” to the Freedom Mobile text message, but I haven’t received any SMS from Koodo. My Koodo prepaid account status still shows as “Active.

When did you do the transfer? It might take several hours for the transfer to be completed. Can you check if your freedoms mobile service is cancelled?

I started the porting process about 10 hours ago, and I received an email from Freedom Mobile confirming that my service has been cancelled.

I started the porting process about 10 hours ago, and I received an email from Freedom Mobile confirming that my service has been cancelled.

Can you check your selfserve to see if they show the static the transfer?

Anyway Your number might be stuck in the process. I would try to restart the phone every few hours to see if that can help. You can also try to call their porting center at 1-844-232-7678 or schedule a call back from Koodo
