Unable to change or reset password

I logged into my account and got a message that my password may have been compromised. I have tried changing it through my profile and the site won’t load properly. I have tried on my phone and computer, using 3 different browsers, incognito mode, clearing browsing history, and on data and wifi. Once I hit change password the page just reloads and doesn’t actually change the password. I tried hitting forgot password and resetting it through the email link. Same thing happens. How do I change my password?

That is weird. Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

Have you tried to do it on cellular Koodo signal to see if that can help? If that problem persists you indeed needs a rep to check.
